We recommend a solution that allows you to store digital data from a variety of source in a single platform by location that is shareable with stakeholders and that can be updated in real time when needed.
We use Soarvo software to allow data to be overlaid almost infinitely and geo tagged to a location and access by that location on a 2D or 3Dmap, plan or model of a site. Multiple data sets can be selected or deselected to combine different information on view depending on what is needed. E.g. you could display all information to fire protection together with data on all exits and all relevant maintenance records and service contracts relating to the fire prevention measures.
