The UK Drone Law is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority and enforced by the local police but sadly the law is slow to keep up with advances in technology and the police already have limited resources so enforcement of drone offences is somewhat Ad hoc . This issue leads to malicious uses being able to exploit opportunities to breach privacy and security rules either for their own pleasure or for illicit purposes
