Our drones can be used to gather evidence of a scene or site to establish current condition or where there is a dispute, some damage requiring a claim through an insurance company or court or where there has been an accident.
In the event of damage following a disaster such as flooding or fire , or where a dispute has arisen it may be important to obtain evidence. Our Managing Director previously worked as a solicitor and as a forensic photographer so we have experience on collecting information that is important to evaluate condition.

Following an incident such as a fire or storm it may be necessary to check the condition of a building. We can safely check areas without people needing to be put at risk. This can minimise disruption and downtime.
Some insurance companies require evidence of a buildings condition before taking on the risk and again our inspections can clearly & quickly establish the condition of a building.

What is the true extent of the damage?
Do you need to get quotes?
Are you relying on an insurance company to pay a claim before you can get the work done or re occupy a building.
Time is important and we can supply images backed up by written statement that can be used for assessment of the damage, help experts estimate repair costs and speed up the claims process.

In more serious cases matters may end up in potential court proceedings. We can survey and map sites, produce evidence based statements and are prepared to give evidence of our findings. Areas where we may be used are boundary changes and disputes, accidents and property damage due to negligence, criminal activity or natural disaster.
